Charlie Wessel is a devoted family man who has been happily married to his wife for 23 years. Together, they are proud parents to three wonderful children—a 15-year-old son and beautiful 11-year-old twin daughters.

Charlie is a dedicated family man and a highly accomplished entrepreneur. Throughout his career, which began in 2006, he has successfully established and managed multiple companies in the Charleston, SC area. With a deep passion for the Multifamily/Commercial Real Estate sector, Charlie has consistently been involved in this industry, gaining valuable expertise and insights along the way.

In 2016, Charlie recognized a pressing need to provide private investment opportunities to individuals who traditionally wouldn't have access to such ventures. This realization led him to establish Cordell Capital, a visionary firm committed to democratizing investment opportunities.
